1. Notice given at least 28 days before check in:
   Where at least 28 days notice of full or part cancellation has been given a full refund will apply.

2. Notice given between 14 days and 28 days before check in:
   Where notice is given between 14 days and 28 days prior to check in a fee equivalent to the 1st nights accommodation will be charged.

3. Notice given between 72 hours and 14 days before check in:
   Where notice has been given between 72 hours and 14 days prior to check in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

4. Notice Given less than 72 hours before check in:
   Where notice is less than 72 hours prior to check in no refund will be given.

Important - please note:

• No shows and cancellations after check-in forfeit all deposits paid.

• Cape Byron Lodge reserves the right to cancel full bookings for ‘no shows’.

• Refunds will only be given if the above conditions are met, refunds will not be given if the customer simply change their mind, their circumstances change or they choose the wrong type of accommodation.

• Refund of deposits relating to 'Schoolies' bookings will be at the Managements discretion.
